Cancellation and Return

By Customer:

Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been stitched.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Once an order has been stitched, it cannot be canceled.

By the Store:

The Store reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Item out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Issues with order processing
In the event of order cancellation by the Store, the customer will be notified via email or phone and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank's processing time.

No Returns:

Replacement Policy (Damaged Products Only):

Replacement is available only if the product received is damaged or defective.
We offer replacement for damaged products under the following conditions:
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear and continuous unboxing video of the product is mandatory to verify the damage. The video must show the package being opened for the first time.
2. Notification: The customer must notify the Store of the damage within a specified time (e.g., 24-48 hours of delivery - You may want to specify this time).
3. Verification: Upon successful verification of the damage via the unboxing video, the Store will arrange for a replacement of the same product.
